plasma cutting, sawing, shearing, bending, punching, rolling, machining, drilling and welding
of fabrications (Manual Metal arc, MIG and TIG).

Spares and Replacement Components for Screw Conveyors
Individual segments can be purchased by a customer wishing to build their own spiral or merely replace worn or damaged sections of an existing conveyor system. We can produce a regular range of spiral segments from 25mm dia to 800mm dia with any combination of pitch and centre shaft size. Larger segments up to 300mm dia can also be supplied but delivery periods for these are slightly longer than for the regular range.
We also manufacture Ribbon spiral segments , these are attached to the centre shaft or tube by means of spacing pieces. This type of flighting is particularly recommended for handling sticky or damp materials, as it prevents build-up around the centre shaft or tube.
Design
The Company operates a fully computerised system from the design of individual components through the manufacturing process, stock levels, sales. and accounts, offering the customer a very efficient, cost effective service.
Using this technology we are able to develop many maintenance program based on stored data on component wear, thus predicting possible failures which lead to mechanical breakdown, introducing preventative maintenance reducing costly down time.

Our broad product base is complemented by a variety of finishing services from plastic dipping and spraying metal galvanising, shot - bead - grit blasting, hard weld surfacing, stainless polishing, epoxy coating to special paints and finishes.
